RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

We want you to truly love your Beylani pieces — and feel confident with your purchase.
If something isn't quite right, you can return your order under the conditions below — simple and transparent.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

RETURNS

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition (trying them on indoors is of course fine)

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (including dust bags, if applicable)

  • Items must not show signs of wear or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, simply return your order and place a new one.
