RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
We want you to love your Beylani pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you have the right to return your order under the conditions below.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example by email):

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
RETURNS
You may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging (including dust bags, if applicable)

Items must not show signs of wear or damage
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
